EVAD is built and run by one person. Email goes straight to him — there is no ticket queue and no bot in front of it.

Contact

evad.training.support@gmail.com

It helps to include what you were doing when it went wrong, the email on your account or your CREW handle, your iPhone model and iOS version, and a screenshot if you have one.

From inside the app, Profile → Help & Support opens the same mailbox with the subject filled in, and Profile → Send Feedback is there for a bug or an idea.

My program is taking a long time

Generating a program calls an AI service and takes roughly one to three minutes, and it needs an internet connection. You can leave the app and come back — the build survives backgrounding, and it will be waiting when you return. If it fails, try again; if it fails twice, email us.

I forgot my password

On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your email. The message we send contains both a link and a code. Opening the link on the same iPhone hands you into the app to set a new password; if the link doesn't open the app, type the code from the email into the app instead. The link only carries the instruction to open the reset screen — the code in the email is what actually authorizes the change.

Export my data

Profile → Settings → EXPORT MY DATA builds a .json file of your account data — your profile, programs, workouts and saved workouts, goals, journal, supplements, practice check-ins, PRs, event rankings, duels, and body-weight history; your CREW profile, posts, comments, likes, saves, follows, notifications, and the blocks and reports you made; and your AI-consent records plus the product-analytics events recorded about your use of the app. The iOS share sheet opens so you can save it to Files, mail it to yourself, or send it anywhere else.

Two things are deliberately left out: moderation records (reports filed about you, moderation actions, appeals), which stay confidential and are available by emailing us; and blocks or reports made against you, which we never disclose to the person blocked or reported. The file itself lists these exclusions.

Delete my account

Profile → Settings → DELETE ACCOUNT, then type DELETE to confirm. Your login is destroyed and your records are removed immediately, and the account cannot be signed in to or recovered afterwards.

A few steps happen outside the database — sweeping any residual stored files, clearing rate-limit counters, and revoking the Apple sign-in link if you used one. Rather than call a partly finished deletion done, we record it as a job and retry automatically; if a step keeps failing we keep the failure on record rather than pretend it finished. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.

Report or block someone on CREW

Tap on a post or comment → Report → pick a reason. On a profile, Report athlete or Block athlete. Reporting a post or comment hides it from you straight away and keeps it hidden. Blocks and reports are never disclosed to the person you blocked or reported.

The full rules, the moderation process, our response times, and how to appeal are on the community guidelines page.

CREW refused something I wrote

CREW checks text against the community rules before it is published, and the hardest part of that job is leaving real training talk alone — clean and jerk, snatch, ass to grass, killed that set. If it ever refuses something innocent, send us the exact phrase. That's the most useful bug report we get, and it's fixed without waiting for an app update.

If you're in crisis

988 — Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. Call or text 988, free and confidential, 24/7, anywhere in the US. It takes eating-disorder and general-distress calls as well as suicidal crisis. Outside the US, or if someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency number.
