Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
EVAD is operated by Trackside Athletics LLC, a Utah limited liability company. This policy covers the information in EVAD that counts as consumer health data under laws such as Washington's My Health My Data Act. It sits alongside our full Privacy Policy, which covers everything else.
What we collect
- Injury notes you choose to enter, such as a past or current injury to train around.
- Training status you choose to set: that you are sick (above the neck, or through your whole body) or injured (the body areas you pick, including a head injury), the dates, whether a doctor or athletic trainer has checked you, and, if EVAD paused your training for safety, that stop's category (an injury to get checked, a head injury, a heart warning sign, a fever that came back, or heat illness). EVAD never stores your answers to the safety questions.
- Body measurements: your body weight and height.
- Recovery information: your typical hours of sleep per night, and how you rate your current stress and your school or work load.
- Post-practice check-ins you log: how hard practice felt, how your body feels, and which areas you want to focus on.
- Date of birth, which EVAD uses to work out your age and set safe training loads.
EVAD only writes workouts to Apple Health; it never reads your Apple Health data.
Where it comes from
Only from you, when you enter it in the app. We do not buy health information or receive it from anyone else.
Why we collect it
To build and adjust your training program so that it fits your body, your recovery, and any injury you are working around, and to show you your own progress, and, for product analytics, only that a training status was set or ended, or paused a session — never its type, symptoms, answers or body areas. We do not use it for advertising, and we never sell it.
Who receives it
We share it only with the service providers that run EVAD for us, and only for that purpose:
- Supabase stores it in our database.
- Anthropic receives the parts needed to generate your program, and only after you agree on the AI program generation card in the app. You can withdraw that consent in Settings at any time.
- Cloudflare runs the secure server that passes generation requests to Anthropic.
We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or anyone else, and we do not sell it.
Your rights
- See it and change it: your profile, including injury notes, body measurements, sleep, stress, and date of birth, is visible and editable in the app's Settings, and your training status is visible and editable in the app.
- Get a copy: Settings → Export My Data downloads your data as a file.
- Delete it: clear a profile field in Settings, or delete your whole account, including every check-in, from Settings → Delete Account. To delete only your check-ins, email us.
- Withdraw consent: turn off AI program generation in Settings, and nothing further is sent to Anthropic.
- Ask us: to confirm what we hold, to get the list of providers that received it, or for anything else, email evad.training.support@gmail.com. We respond within 45 days.
- Appeal: if we decline a request, reply to our answer to appeal it, and we will respond within 45 days. If we deny your appeal, you can contact the Washington State Attorney General at atg.wa.gov/file-complaint.
